Each parish or region or specific group of people in the Diocese should choose three to seven people to be a core group for that parish, region, or specific group. Their task will be to gather the mandates and evidence and forward them to Mr. Gray; and, to keep their group motivated (see other action items). One person from each core group should be designated the official contact person for Mr. Gray’s office. This will facilitate communications. Nonetheless, each mandator can contact Mr. Gray’s office with specific, confidential concerns. Mandaters should be encouraged to work through the core groups, but there will arise confidential and very sensitive issues that particular people may not feel comfortable sharing with a core group.
